In addition to providing 7-Star level service to all guests, candidates will be responsible for various concierge services, such as, making hotel, car and meal reservations if requested. Further, candidates will be responsible for learning and understanding all aspects of Synergy Flight Center in order to educate guests on all our services and fielding any basic questions. Candidates will be expected to field and direct all phone calls, messages and emails as well as keeping social networking resources current. Finally, candidates will be responsible for the overall comfort and satisfaction of our guests while on the premises.
Candidates should have basic office skills such as familiarity with Microsoft Office Applications, document creation, email, Internet skills and social networking sites.
In addition, candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, time-management and organizational skills and be detail oriented. An outgoing and friendly demeanor is crucial to this position and professionalism is expected at all times.
Experience: At least one year of customer service experience; aviation knowledge (preferred); graphic design (preferred)
Education: High School Diploma; Associate Degree (preferred)
Availability: Days, Nights & Weekends
